James M. Burke, Ph.D., specializes in organizational development and the use of 360° Feedback as a means of enhancing self-awareness and effectiveness in the workplace, extensively utilizing this approach in a variety of public and private sector organizations.
He has presented widely on topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership, organizational change and feedback systems, publishing on the use of feedback with physicians. Jim is committed to providing one-on-one and group consultation services that truly make a marked difference in the effectiveness of individuals and the quality of the environments in which they work and live.
In organizational development since 1998, Jim joined PMG in 2004. His previous experience includes serving as consultant and then director at the Workplace Initiatives Program in the VCU Department of Psychology, and working as a psychotherapist and career counselor.
Throughout his career, Jim has always enjoyed helping people find their passion and engage more fully in life — both at work and at home.
