Susan Edwards, M.S.Ed., brings more than 25 years of training experience in delivering workshops and designing/developing multimedia training programs to the PMG. She manages the Virginia Supervisory Institute and the Supervision Preview Institute and conducts training for PMG’s core programs and customized institutes.
Before joining VCU’s PMG in August 2000, Susan managed people and major projects in several corporate settings including banking, insurance, retail and Web development. In the mid-1990s, she worked for the Virginia Department of Health and delivered customer service, supervisory and management training classes agencywide.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Education, VCU.
- Certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Conflict Dynamics Profile®.
