Jim Keck, MHA, brings over 30 years of professional experience managing organizations in health care administration, transportation, homeland security and emergency management. In addition to serving in the USAF Medical Service Corp managing AF hospitals, Jim has worked for MCV Hospitals, the Virginia Department of Transportation and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.
Prior to coming to PMG, Jim retired as the Deputy State Coordinator of Administration for the Virginia Department of Emergency Management. Jim has taught healthcare administration as adjunct faculty. Jim is also a Wilder Graduate Scholar’s Fellow at VCU’s Wilder School of Government and Public Policy.
Jim’s diverse background has exposed him to many areas in several industries. His specialties include budget and financial systems analysis and development, procurement, contract development, contract negotiations and contract administration, performance measure development, performance management, employee work performance plan development, strategic planning, policy development and implementation, leadership and accountability.
