Linda Pierce, M.B.A., brings her extensive professional experience in industry, higher education and the nonprofit sector to her position as the Commonwealth Management Institute program manager. In addition to her duties with CMI, Linda has also served as a trainer, consultant and facilitator with PMG since joining the center in May 2007.
Her specialties include institutional planning, team development and communication, leadership, financial project management and continuous process improvement.
Prior to joining PMG, Linda operated a management consulting firm where she assisted clients in dealing with a range of management and operational challenges. She has held financial management positions in manufacturing and higher education and has taught as adjunct faculty in management.
