Terry Worrell, M.B.A., brings more than 12 years experience in the training and organizational development field. She manages Fundamentals for Supervisors and will manage a new program in fall 2008 for Commonwealth Management Institute graduates.
Terry’s areas of specialization include diversity and cultural competency, leadership development, communication skills, change management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics. She is also skilled in leading focus groups, conducting needs assessments, facilitating stakeholder input sessions and facilitating strategic planning sessions.
Prior to joining PMG in August 2004, Terry spent six years with VCU’s Office of Training and Development and VCU Health System’s Office of Organizational Development. In addition to her experience with VCU, she has worked for various agencies and organizations in the public and private sectors, gaining experience in fields such as program management, small business consulting and college teaching/curriculum planning.

- Master of Business Administration, University of Wisconsin.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
- Certifications in management training by Zenger Miller Inc. (now AchieveGlobal), diversity training by the National Coalition-Building Institute and certified in the use of the Conflict Dynamics Profile.
